Llevamos a un horno moderado constante (esto ayuda a que los membrillos se cocinen parejos y no se vayan filtrando por los bordes) por intermedio de 45' a 50', dependiendo de tu horno o podés insertar un palillo, si sale seco es momento de retirarlo.
