  5. 100 grs Salmón Ahumado
  6. al gusto Salsa de Soja y Wasabi
  7. 1 Cuenco con agua fría + 1 Cucharada Vinagre Arroz o Manzana
  8. Utensilios:
  9. Esterilla de Bambú o similar
  10. 1 Cuchillo bien afilado

Steps to make to make Hoso-Maki-Sushi de Salmón Ahumado

  1. Con las manos bien secas, cortamos las Hojas de Alga Nori por la mitad, en paralelo con las líneas marcadas en la zona rugosa. Reservamos.
  2. Cortamos el Salmón Ahumado en 6 tiras largas de 1 cm, tal cual viene en el blister. Reservamos.
  3. Encima de la Esterilla de Bambú, colocamos la media hoja de Alga, con el lado brillante y liso hacia abajo. Nos mojamos los dedos en el cuenco de agua y colocamos el Arroz de Sushi (unos 80 grs) en el centro de la Alga. Nos volvemos a mojar los dedos, y extendemos el Arroz uniformemente, dejando 2 cms en la zona más alejada, la que cierra el rollito. Con un pincel, ponemos una pizca de Mahonesa y Wasabi en el centro del rollito a lo ancho y encima ponemos la tira de Salmón Ahumado.
  4. Humedecemos con agua del cuenco el tramo final sin rellenar del Alga y empezamos a enrollar la Esterilla desde el borde más cercano a nuestro cuerpo, sujetando la Esterilla con el pulgar e índice de ambas manos, sosteniendo el relleno. Cuando esté formado el rollo, pegamos el borde humedecido del alga. Acabamos de enrollar toda la Esterilla para dar un último apretón con firmeza. Repetimos la operación con cada media hoja de Alga Nori.
  5. Desenrollamos la Esterilla, colocamos el rollito sobre una tabla de cortar con la unión hacia abajo. Humedecemos la hoja del cuchillo con el agua del cuenco y cortamos los extremos del rollo. Ahora, haremos 3-4 porciones uniformes de cada rollo. NOTA 1: Humedecemos la hoja del cuchillo por cada rollo cortado. NOTA 2: Los extremos, aunque no sean bonitos, también nos los comemos.
