Colocar un paño y reservar durante 15 minutos.
  4. Estirar la masa en forma rectangular horizontalmente. Pasar un cortador de pizza por la mitad de la masa y realizar cortes de triángulos grandes. Cómo los banderines.
  5. Realizar un pequeño corte en la base del triángulo y enrollar desde allí la masa hacia la punta. Luego doblar un poco dando la forma de medias lunas. Colocar en una bandeja enharinada y enmantequillada tapadas con un paño durante 15 minutos. Brochar con huevo.
