  4. Una vez que se comenzó a unir con la palma de la mano la freso (es decir la aplastó y estiro) reuni nuevamente y veo si quedo un bollo tierno, de no ser así repito hasta 3 veces como máximo. Envolvemos y llevamos a heladera por mínimo 3 o 4 horas, si estás apurado lo podes poner en freezer de 1/2 a 1 hora
  5. En un bol colocar el dulce de batata y pisarlo con pisapure o con tenedor Si es dulce de membrillo pisar en una ollita y llevar a fuego bajito con un poquito de agua o licor hasta fundir. Si es dulce de leche o mermelada no hay que hacer nada, solo usarlo
  6. Separar un tercio de la masa y reservar. Tomar los 2 tercios de la masa y estirar más o menos de ½cm de espesor para forrar el molde. Pincho la base y la llevo a la heladera mientras estiro el tercio restante y lo coloco en una placa para llevarlo al freezer mientras colocamos el relleno. Colocar el relleno dejando un dedo de la superficie. Saco la masa del freezer y corto las tortas para acomodarlas sobre el relleno
  7. Llevar a horno a 180/190 grados (sería horno mínimo) el tiempo que sea necesario para que se cocine bien la base (aprox 40, 45 minutos)
