- Ese chorizo de masa, lo dividimos en 12 partes.. y lo colocamos en un molde enmantecado o con papel manteca.. dejamos leudar..
- Le podemos espolvorear azúcar antes de llevarla al horno.. Llevar al horno a 160 grados, por 40 min.. por último le agregamos el almíbar
